PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod in which a tackle-hanging member can be disposed at a position facilitating to hang the tackle without causing the entanglement of a fishing line. SOLUTION: A through hole 1a and a hole 1b long in the axial direction are formed in a fishing pipe 1 on the front side of a movable hood C to make a receiving space D for receiving a tackle-hanging member 8 formed from an elastic metal wire having a wire diameter of 0.3 to 1.0 mm in the fishing pipe 1. A receiving portion (a), a receiving portion (b), and a receiving portion (c) are disposed in the fishing rod 1. The tackle-hanging member 8 is integrally formed from a linear portion 8a, an upward-directed bent portion 8b at the rear end, an upward directed circular engaging portion 8c on the front side of the linear portion 8a, a linear portion 8d on the front side of the engaging portion 8C, a circular portion 8e extended from the front side of the linear portion 8d to the lower side, and a linear portion 8f. A support portionα, a support portionβ, a support portionγand a support portionδare disposed in the tackle-hanging member 8.
