Telecommunications transmission equipment has an information stream receiver (R) with the information stream having information cells some of which are empty. There is a mixer (M) detecting the empty information cells and replacing them with waiting cells. A transmitter (E) transmits the information towards the satellite receiver. A flux analyzer (A) determines whether the information is real time or a different time, and stores the flux from a different time in a memory store (MM).
