Herein is depicted a process that recovers broken corn generated when mishandling and deficient storing crops; carried out in a reactor with three concentric vessels, the first being the reaction chamber which is mechanically actuated, the second containing thermal oil as heat transmission mean and the third for circulating hot air generated in a L.P. gas furnace, and a closed circuit of combustion gases. The obtained product is a nixtamalized uniform corn easy to re-hydrate with a nutritional contribution, protein 8%, fat 4%, fiber 2%, phosphorous 0.2% and calcium 0.2%, and humidity for obtaining dough employed in the elaboration of tortilla which finally contributes protein 4%, fat 2%, fiber 1%, phosphorous 0.1% and calcium 0.1% and humidity 48%.
