摘要 |

The present invention relates to electrically conducting composite material intended particularly for current collector shoe contacts, which composite material contains 3.0 to 7.0 percent by weight of eutectic alloy of copper, tin, and zinc, 73.5 to 86.6 percent by weight of iron, 10.0 to 18.0 percent by weight of graphite, 0.5 do 1.5 percent by weight of sulfur, whereby the ratio of the individual components Cu : Sn : Ni in the eutectic alloy is 71 : 19 : 10 percent by weight , graphite is represented by natural flaky graphite in powder state. In the present invention there is also disclosed a process for producing the above-described material, which process comprises pressing at a pressure in the range of 3 to 3.2 t/cme2, sintering and subsequent cooling at a rate of from about 3 to about 5 degC/min.
|
