<p>The invention relates to a device for providing a working pressure in a fluid. Said device comprises a first zone (10) which is subject to a first pressure that is higher than the working pressure and a second zone (12) in which the working pressure is to be provided. The device is further provided with means (14, 18, 20) for reducing the first pressure to the working pressure, said means (14, 18, 20) being located between the first (10) and the second zone (12) and being influenced by the pressure differential between the first and the second zone for the purpose of reduction so that said reduction is more substantial at a larger pressure differential than at a smaller pressure differential. The invention further relates to a method to be carried out with the inventive device.</p> |
