PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture various bound things by a low-cost apparatus by pressing the horn of an ultrasonic welder to the outer surface of the back part, and operating the welder in specific welding conditions in a binder of many transparent containing bags fixed to the inner surface of the back part of a cover made of thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION: When a bound thing 9 in which a containing bag 1 made of thermoplastic resin and a sheetlike material are laminated and the one end face of a laminate 2 is fixed to the inner surface of the back part 5 of a cover 4 made of thermoplastic resin is manufactured, the bags 1 are so aligned and laminated at one ends as to form welding end face 2a. Then, the laminate 2 is sandwiched between clamps 3a and 3b to be held in the state that the end faces 2a slightly protrude, and the cover 4 is so disposed that the inner surface of the back part 5 is brought into contact with the end faces 2a. Thereafter, the horn 7 of an ultrasonic welder 6 is pressed to the outer surface of the part 5, and the welder 6 is operated under the welding conditions of 14 to 30kHz of a frequency, 1000W or more of an output, 4 to 100μm of an amplitude, 100 to 250kgf of applied pressure, and 0.3 to 1.0sec of oscillating time. |
