The invention entails an arrangement to prevent spreading of fire between different fire cells via a ventilation shaft that breaks through a fire separating partition consisting of a prefabricated unit (1) including an inner pipe of steel (2) and an outer pipe (3) which is formed of a material with low heat conduction compounded with an in between lying gypsum-based material (4) with a high content of chemically-bound water.
