PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door device capable of realizing an air conditioning unit for a vehicle in which a cold air and warm air mixing performance is so favorable that less temperature difference occurs between an upper side and lower side while achieving compactness of the unit. SOLUTION: In a frame 11 provided with opening parts 24A and 24B, a slide plate 12 is slidably provided, and an opening area of the opening part 24A on the directly blowing side to blow passages 36, 37, and 38 is set to be smaller than the opening area of the opening part 24B on the blowing side to a heat exchanger 34 for heating by setting guide plate parts 20 and 21 and lateral frame parts 18 and 19 of the frame parts to have a different width size. The blow quantity of warm air passing a bypass passage with large ventilation resistance can be thus secured, thereby a cold air and warm air mixing performance can be improved.
