SOLUTION: This enzymatic method for reductively aminating anα- ketodicarboxylic acid or its salt comprises, in an enzymatic method for reductively aminating theα-ketodicarboxylic acid represented by general formula I or its salt, carrying out the reductive amination using an amino acid dehydrogenase, especially phenylalanine dehydrogenase.
