PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a reel tape on which patterns are plotted for a drum reel and to simplify the positioning work and fixing work of the reel tape to the drum reel at the time of fixing the reel tape to the drum reel. SOLUTION: At the time of assembling this rotary drum 10, one locking piece 30 of the reel tape 16 is fitted into the locking groove 22 of the drum reel 14. Thus, the peripheral edge part of the locking groove 22 in a cylindrical part 18 is locked by a pair of hook parts 38. Then, the belt body part 34 of the reel tape 16 is wound on the outer peripheral surface of the drum reel 14 and the other locking piece 32 of the reel tape 16 is fitted into the locking groove 22. Thus, the end part on the side of the locking pieces 32 of the reel tape 16 is positioned at a prescribed position in an axial direction and a peripheral direction and also fixed to the cylindrical part 18.
