<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying/activating apparatus in which water can be purified and activated by generating air bubbles to float and stay in the water for a long time and ionizing the water at the same time. SOLUTION: This water purifying/activating apparatus is provided with an outer cylinder 20 the upper end of which has an opening part positioned above the water level and which is formed out of poly(vinyl chloride) or the like, a hollow driving shaft 30 which is arranged in the cylinder 20 to be freely rotated coaxially and is longer than the cylinder 20, a driving means 40 for rotating the shaft 30 and a static electricity generating means constituted so that static electricity is generated by friction caused between the air acting as an insulator, which exists in the gap between the cylinder 20 and the shaft 30, and the exterior surface of the shaft 30 rotating at a high speed.</p> |
