PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for ink jet recording with advantages such as high ink absorption, good color development and superb image fastness after transferring an image to various materials to which an image is transferred and also a transfer sheet for ink jet recording which is free from the color fading of a transferred image, the peeling of a transfer layer from the material to which an image is transferred and the breakage of the transfer layer, even when the image transferred to the various materials to which the image is transferred, is washed or used outdoors. SOLUTION: The transfer sheet for ink jet recording is structured of a support and the transfer layer sequentially laminated and the transfer layer contains at least either of a polyamide epichlorohydrin resin or a polyamine epichlorohydrin resin. In addition, preferably the transfer layer contains a polyallyl amine derivative. More preferably a citric acid derivative is added to the transfer layer as a plasticizer. |
