PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of commands transmitted from a game control means to an electric parts control means and to prevent increase in program capacity of the game control means on preparation and transmission of a control command. SOLUTION: A common payoff stop state designating command is notified from the game control means to a payoff control means when insufficiency of game balls to be paid is detected and when the game balls should not be paid due to full of a lower tray. Namely, even if conditions to stop payoff are different, the common command is transmitted from the game control means to the payoff control means. Since a non-payable state can be commanded to the payoff control means by the common control command, even when any of payoff stopping conditions is formed, load for information transmission for the payoff control means from the game control means is reduced. Since the form of the command from the game control means to each of other control means is made common, the number of commands can be reduced.
