PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple portable toilet which can be easily carried and assembled requiring a small storage space and used as an ordinary chair by recombining parts. SOLUTION: Leg parts 8, 9 in front of a mount 2 with an opening part 3 are folded to a position almost parallel with the face of the mount 2 to enable the leg parts 8, 9 to be stored in a storage recess part in the backside of the mount 2 and the lid body 5 is pivotally fixed openable/closable on the end part of the mount 2 so as to close the opening part 3. The backrest frame 14 pivotally fixed ton one end of the mount 2 is constituted foldable to a position almost parallel with the face of the toilet seat 2 and a box shape support frame 16 is mounted engageable on the backrest frame 14. A toilet seat 10 with a storage bag 12 is detachably attached on the upper face of the mount 2. Thus this simple portable toilet requires only a small storage space, is convenient for carrying, and can be easily assembled for using as a toilet.
