PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for detecting abnormality of organs and meridians and for maintaining health thereof, by which health can be easily known based on an extremely high precision content elucidated from conventional Chinese medicine or five color theory and seven color theory of Ayurveda using a scientific muscle test method. SOLUTION: This member for detecting abnormality of organs and meridians and for maintaining health thereof comprises basic materials with colors of electromagnetic waves resonating with an intrinsic frequency generated when an organ or meridian has an abnormality. Colors on each basic material have a color of abnormality detection and/or a color of health maintaining in a specific meridian respectively. Shapes of the basic materials are a rectangle, a circle, etc. On a same face and the backside of the basic materials, the colors are colored by printing, etc. In a of the Fig.1, on the surface of a card shape rectangular basic material 1, the lever meridian 4a is printed on the upper end and wood (negative meridian) on the lower end. The central part is divided in two making the upper part a detection color of abnormality and the lower part a detection color of health coloring orange.
