GENUINENESS-DETERMINABLE FORM WITH FINE PERFORATIONS AND GENUINENESS DETERMINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genuineness-determinable form which has so fine perforations as not visually recognizable and enables easy determination of its genuineness either visually or by mechanical reading and further, is extremely difficult to forge or alter. SOLUTION: The genuineness-determinable form 1 is manufactured by opening numerous fine perforations 7 on a base material 6 to such an extent that the perforations are hardly recognizable visually. In addition, numerous stripes 4 representing either of RGB(red, green and blue) are arranged in a specified order to constitute a color element screen 5, on which the genuineness of the form can be determined.
