PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film which is hardly permeated by gas and can stabilize the shape even in the severe conditions at a high altitude in a stratosphere or the like and which is used as a material of a skin film or a container suitable for storing He gas in an airship, in regard to cosmic-aerial equipment of a large-sized airship, a balloon or the like. SOLUTION: The composite film is prepared as a composite of fibrous cloth (A) and a film (C) having He gas permeability of 600 cc/m2/24 hr/0.1 mm/atm or below, using a polyester elastomer or a composite (B) containing the polyester elastomer as an adhesive.
