PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain EB13 polypeptide and a polynucleotide, to provide a method for producing the EB13 polypeptide by a recombinant technique and a method for utilizing the EB13 polypeptide and the polynucleotide for a treatment of diseases and diagnostic assays. SOLUTION: This polynucleotide comprises a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide which has at least 80% identity to a nucleotide sequence encoding EB13 polypeptide of sequence no.2 over its entire length and has activity of the EB13 polypeptide or a nucleotide sequence complementary to the nucleotide sequence. |
