PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a release film not liable to be damaged on a surface and having antistatic characteristics. SOLUTION: The release film comprises an ultraviolet curable resin layer imparted with mold releasability to at least one surface of a polyester film. The curable resin contains inorganic conductive fine particles and has a surface resistance value of 1×1010Ω/(square) or less.
