PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blower which enables the periphery part of a diffuser to be fixed onto a swelled flange of a motor part by a simple structure at a low cost. SOLUTION: This electric blower is fixed on the periphery part 24 of a diffuser 15 to prevent the periphery part of the diffuser 15 placed on the base periphery part 24 (swelled flange) of the motor part from deforming by pressure of air blown out from a fan 14 connected to a rotary shaft 12a of the motor part. Plural hooks 51 with engaging projections 51a are cut in and raised from the periphery part 24. On plural wing guide walls 44 tilted so as to guide wind from the fan 14, projection receiving parts 55 with which the projections 51a are engaged and guide grooves 56 to guide the projections 51a to the receiving parts 55 are equipped. The end part 44a of the wind guide wall 44 is cramped by each hook 51 and the periphery part 24 to fix plural sites on the periphery part of the diffuser 15 onto the periphery part 24.
