PURPOSE: A power control device of a mobile communication terminal is provided to enhance efficiency of power by installing a control portion for controlling a driving amplifier in a power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The second power amplifier(22) is connected in parallel to the first power amplifier(23). The second power amplifier(22) amplifies a signal bypassed by a driving amplifier(21) when a low power reception signal is inputted. The first and the second switches(24a,24b) are used as three-way switches. The first and the second switches(24a,24b) are inserted between transmission lines of a front end portion and a rear end portion of the drive amplifier(21). The first and the second switches(24a,24b) have two terminals connected selectively to a common terminal. The common terminal of the first switch(24a) is connected with an input of the driving amplifier(21). The first selection terminal is connected with the driving amplifier(21). The common terminal of the second switch(24b) is connected with an input of the first power amplifier(23). A control portion(25) includes a circuit of a receiver(26). |
