PURPOSE: A simple manufacturing method of lightweight products using artificial lightweight aggregates is provided, which decreases specific gravity of products and increases compression strength, and manufacturing cost by pressing after sintering lightweight aggregate without adding binder. CONSTITUTION: The lightweight products(3) for construction such as bricks and blocks are produced by feeding sintered aggregates(1) with 10¬5-10¬8poise of viscosity to a mold(2), pressing over 1000deg.C to fuse glassy components on the surface of aggregates, wherein the aggregates comprises silica sand and clay as main raw materials.
