Then the changeover control section 25 activates a ground transmission reception section 23 to receive paper information via a ground channel 40 to allow the ground transmission reception section 23 to send a status (ST1) with a bit 1 set to zero. The channel changeover instruction section 13 in the transmission station 10 informs a low speed reception control circuit 12 of the transmission of the command (INF+CND) where the 0th bit is set to '0'. |
