PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer in which maintenance work of incorporated apparatus can be carried out easily in a limited work space. SOLUTION: The printer comprises a section 110 for containing and feeding a recording medium, and bodies 120 and 130 for recording information on the recording medium fed from the feeding section and discharging the recorded medium, wherein an opening 201 communicating with the interior of the body and a removable cover 202 for opening/closing the opening are provided on the rear surface of the body. Since only the cover is required to be removed at the time of maintenance work in the body and a bulky outer frame is not required to be left removed, maintenance work can be carried out easily in a minimum necessary work space. |
