The adjustable patient bed with a regulatable base has its plane divided into a head part (1), seat part (2), thigh part (3) and calf and foot part (4) articulated to each other and individually adjustable by unnits which can be regulated mechanically, hydraulically, pneumatically or manually. - The seat part can be turned towards the head part so that it forms a seating cushion. This prevents the patient sliding more to the foot end when sitting up without raising the thigh part, such as when meals are taken in bed. |
