PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an impact absorption in a wiper motor part, and to improve impact absorbing performance over the whole of a wiper device. SOLUTION: A motor bracket 17 is fitted to a car body at one end thereof freely to be rocked, and fixed to the car body at the other end thereof, and a fragile part 17c is provided near a motor bracket fixing part 17a. A fragile part 14c is provided near the first fixing part 14a of a first pivot holder 14. On the other hand, a fragile part 15c is provided near the second fixing part 15a of a second pivot holder 15. When the fragile part 17c is broken, the motor bracket 17 is rocked and fallen, and the wiper motor 13 part absorbs an impact. When the fragile part 14c and the fragile part 15c are broken, the first pivot holder 14 and the second pivot holder 14 are fallen, and the impact absorbing performance over the whole of the wiper device 1 for a vehicle is improved. |
