PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertebra correcting and fixing instrument whose rod, etc., are prohibited so as not to move after positioning and cramp screw can be easily fastened/loosened. SOLUTION: This vertebra correcting and fixing instrument has a rod to mutually the connect vertebra correcting and fixing instruments and a connection cramp to connect the rod and a vertebra correcting and fixing instrument and directions of the rod and the connection cramp are adjustable. An almost spherical through hole 5 with slit for inserting a rod B for mutually connecting the vertebra correcting and fixing instruments in a direction of sphere diameter is formed. The vertebra correcting and fixing instrument is constituted of a bone fixing screw 4 with a seat part 7 comprising an almost spherical movable sphere 2 with a screw hole 6 to communicate with the through hole 5 with slit and orthogonally crossing the through hole 5 with slit, a cramp screw 3 to fit in the screw hole 6, and a bone fixing screw 4 with a screw part on one end part and a seat part 7 comprising two facing pieces cramping the movable sphere 2 on the other end side.
