PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency capable of easily adjusting a temperature coefficient τ of resonance frequency f0, and whose specific inductive capacity εr is 10-20, dielectric loss tanδ at the high frequency region is small and fluctuation against calcinations temperature is small. SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency is provided as a main component composed of aluminum, zirconium, titanium, tin and oxygen shown by a composition formula aAl2-bZrO3-cTi-dSnO2 (in the formula, 0.4068<a<0.9550, 0<b<0.1483, 0.0225<c<0.3263, 0.0203<d<0.1186, a+b+c+d=1). |
