PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the loss of a player as far as possible even when power supply to a game machine is stopped. SOLUTION: A CPU loaded on a game control board performs a game state restoration processing in the case of detecting that a game state is preserved at the time of starting the power supply. When the game state restoration processing is performed, an RET instruction is executed but a return destination in this case is not a part calling the game state restoration processing. A return address is the address where NMI which becomes the trigger of starting a game state preservation processing at the time of the power supply stoppage of the previous time is generated in a program. Thus, by an RET instruction, return to the address where the NMI is generated at the time of the power supply stoppage is performed. |
