PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a game machine for preventing fraudulent actions on a slot machine such as forcible opening from the outside other than a key cylinder and a direct fraudulent operation to a hook member, as much as possible. SOLUTION: This locking device is constituted of a locking means 20 provided near the center of a front surface door 3 and stopper members 30 arranged at the upper and lower parts of the other side of a machine body case 2 or the front surface door 3 to be grounded at the time of closing the front surface door 3 to the machine body case 2 by the locking means 20. The locking means 20 is constituted of a striker 40 fixed to the machine body case 2, a latch 25 to be engaged with the striker 40 at the time of closing the front surface door 3 and the machine body case 2 and locking them, the key cylinder 21 in which a key groove is arranged on the front surface, a pole 24 for releasing the engagement of the latch 25 with the striker 40 in linkage accompanying the turning in one direction of the key cylinder 21 and a case 26 covering the latch 25 and the pole 24.
