PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo charcoal mat which is hardly pulverized and capable of maintaining a deodorizing function and a far infrared radiation function for a long period, which can improve a deodorizing performance and other performances further than a usual charcoal mat and moreover which is excellent in the touch and hardly makes a user feel disadvantage. SOLUTION: The bamboo charcoal mat 10 is constituted of air-permeable sheets 11 and 12 and bamboo charcoal grains 13 which are covered with the sheets 11 and 12 on both the surface and rear sides and sealed inside the sheets and of which the central constituents have grain sizes of 0.5-2.0 mm in sphere- converted radiuses. In the bamboo charcoal grains 13, the vestiges of bamboo tissues are left as they are.
