PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for vulcanizing and manufacturing a belt molded object capable of improving the releasability between a rubber layer comprising an ethylene/α-olefin elastomer composition and a jacket, and preventing the deterioration of the jacket. SOLUTION: The belt molded object 7 wherein core wires are spirally embedded in the rubber layers 3 and 6 is molded on a mold 1 and, after the jacket 10 is externally provided outside the belt molded object 7, the belt molded object 7 is heated under pressure to be vulcanized. A release film 9 is interposed between the belt molded object 7 wherein the rubber layer 6 comprises the ethylene/α-olefin elastomer composition, and the jacket 10 and, after the belt molded object 7 is vulcanized, the jacket 10 is drawn out and a belt sleeve is demolded.
