PURPOSE: A device for protecting a tail light of a vehicle and producing method therefore are provided to prevent damage of a glass by installing a horizontal bar and to prevent vibration. CONSTITUTION: A device for protecting a tail light of a vehicle comprises a tail light protecting frame mounted on a tail light; plural bolt holes(20,24,26) formed on the tail light protecting frame; an inner flange(30) installed on the tail light protecting frame; an outer panel frame(52) fixed by the bolt hole of a placing panel; an outer flange arranged on the outer panel; a horizontal bar(54) maintaining the outer panel by having a circular shape; and an extension spring(56) preventing deformation of a pipe by being inserted to pipe material. An end portion of the frame is curved with specific angle. The inner flange fixes a housing containing the taillight. Thereby, the device for protecting the taillight of the vehicle prevents damage of a glass by installing the horizontal bar. Moreover, the device for protecting the taillight of the vehicle reduces noise by preventing vibration in traveling.
