PURPOSE: A system for integrating documents linked to a web address in a mail message is provided to integrate and display documents being linked as a web URL in a message on a web mail into one document. CONSTITUTION: When a document being stored in a different position on a network is designated by a unit for designating a different position on a document in a computer and a user wishes to watch a document in the computer, a referred other document is taken and stored in the computer. In detail, all web URLs in a message are downloaded and stored integrally. A partial portion out of the web URL is selected by a selection unit, and the selected portion is taken and integrated in the message. The message is stored in a hard drive storing medium of the computer system. The URL stores in a recording medium as a web document form instead of attaching to a message.
