PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ingredient-containing chocolate where chocolate dough with ordinary viscosity can be used and ingredients do not protrude from the flat bottom, and having a simple production process with excellent productivity. SOLUTION: This method for producing ingredient-containing chocolate comprises the following processes: a process of filling a mold 30 with ingredients 10 and chocolate dough 20, a pouring process where the mold 30 is inserted into a chilled pressing mold 40 to put the ingredients 10 into the chocolate dough 20 to push the ingredients 10 into the chocolate dough 20, and taking the pressing mold 40. This method also makes it possible to transparently see the ingredients 10 through the surface of the chocolate by pushing the ingredients down by the pressing mold 40.
