PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manicure with which a coating film is solidified in a short time and no problem comes up in usability. SOLUTION: This manicure is characterized in that the manicure comprises a water-insoluble coating film base containing nitrocellulose, a sulfonamide-based resin, an organic acid ester-based plasticizer and a solvent which dissolves the water-insoluble coating film base, has compatibility with water, is composed of 1-60 wt.%/manicure of a specific alkylene glycol diether-based compound and 1-60 wt.% of/manicure of a specific ketone-based compound and when the coating film of manicure is immersed in water, the water-insoluble coating film base is precipitated in a mixed solution by the residual solvent in the coating film and permeated water. This method for manicuring comprises using the manicure.
