SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a cultured skin substitute having stable wound healing power comprises allowing a matrix to contain a human fibroblast producing a material effective against wound healing in an amount effective against wound healing and the method of manufacturing further comprises specifying the production amount of a material effective against wound healing for the cell. |
