PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance engine performance and reduce the number of parts by securing the length of an exhaust pipe with ease in a motorcycle with pedals that comprises a body frame having a seat pillar, a pedal shaft capable of transmitting leg-power to a rear wheel, and an engine having a crankshaft capable of transmitting rotational power to the rear wheel. SOLUTION: The engine 31 has the crankshaft 45 disposed behind the pedal shaft 58 and is supported by the body frame 21. A cylinder part 34a of the engine 31 is disposed to lean forward between the seat pillar 24 and the rear wheel WR. The exhaust pipe 125 of the engine 31 extends downward along the rear wheel WR between the engine 31 and the rear wheel WR and is connected to a muffler 126. A power-transmitting member 83 for transmitting the rotational power of the pedal shaft 58 to the rear wheel WR and a power- transmitting member 75 for transmitting the rotational power of the crankshaft 45 to the rear wheel WR are positioned on the respective left and right sides of the exhaust pipe 125.
