PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a void on a printing area of a printing is generated, a plate surface is stained, and a printing surface is stained when a paper sheet with paper powder attached is used in print. SOLUTION: High speed air is discharged from an opposite direction to a running direction on a surface of the paper sheet running on a roll in a position where the running direction of the paper sheet is exchanged to upward or downward by the roll such as a guide roll provided on the running path of the paper sheet, and the paper powder is separated from the surface of the paper sheet and is sucked by a sucking device by centrifugal force and discharging force of the high speed air applied to the surface of the paper sheet. Because the device for eliminating paper powder does not come into contact with the paper sheet, the surface of the paper sheet is prevented from being damaged.
