PURPOSE: A system and a method for a management and a trouble diagnosis of a boiler are provided to connect a main controller and a room controller of a boiler to a user computer as a serial communication, transmit boiler data of a user computer to a web server of a management system through the Internet, and make a database. CONSTITUTION: User computers(12,22,32, ..., 110n) store attribute data transmitted in a main controller and a room controller of a boiler and diagnose a trouble of the boiler by comparing the attribute data with criterion data by a managing and diagnosing program. A managing system(330) uploads data of a corresponding boiler and stores the data after the user computers(12,22,32, ..., 110n) is connected to a web server through the Internet and collects attribute data of the boiler transmitted in the user computers(12,22,32, ..., 110n). The managing system(330) diagnoses a state of the boiler by comparing the criterion data with the collected data, instructs an after service to a boiler having a trouble and necessary for a repair, classifies the collected data according to used terms, kinds, and local areas, and stores the classified data. The web server receives attribute data of the boiler transmitted from only a registered user computer. |
