PURPOSE: Provided is a styrene-based fire retardant resin composition excellent in impact resistance and UV stability, which contains a diglycidyl ether polymer of tetrabromo bisphenol A. CONSTITUTION: The styrene-based fire retardant resin composition comprises: 100pts.wt. of a styrene-based resin comprising 25-70pts.wt. of a graft polymer(A) obtained by mass-, suspension-, or emulsion-polymerizing at least two monomers selected from aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers, and alkyl ester monomers of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid in the presence of a diene rubber containing 25-70wt% of rubber, 5-40pts.wt. of a copolymer(B) obtained by mass- or suspension-polymerizing the aromatic vinyl monomers and the vinyl cyanide monomers, and 5-50pts.wt. of a heat-resistant copolymer(C) obtained by latex-blending polymers obtained by emulsion-polymerizing the aromatic vinyl monomers, the vinyl cyanide monomers, and maleimide-based monomers, or powder phase-blending after coagulation-drying, wherein the maleimide-based polymers have a latex average particle size of 180-2500 angstrom and 500-1200 angstrom and are blended in the ratio of 70 : 30 - 30 : 70; 5-30pts.wt. of the diglycidyl ether polymer of tetrabromo bisphenol A or a tribromophenol substituted polymer; and 1-20pts.wt. of antimony trioxide.
