CAVITY OF HEAT TREATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A cavity of a heat treating apparatus is provided to improve the structure of the cavity by employing a heating unit for transmitting heat to a sheet-type unit to be heated. CONSTITUTION: A sheet-type heating unit(111) and a sheet-type heated unit(115) are provided to a heat treating apparatus(100). An upper microwave generating unit(131) and a lower microwave generating unit(135) are installed within the heat treating apparatus(100). A heating unit(111) adsorbs the microwave generated from the upper and lower microwave generating units(131,135) to generate heat. A cavity(140) is installed within the heat treating apparatus(100) in order to insulate firstly the heat generated in the heating unit(111). The heating unit(111) and the sheet-type heated unit(115) are located within the cavity(140), and the heating unit(111) generates the heat and the sheet-type heated unit(115) is heated. An applicator(150) wrapping the cavity(140) is installed within the heat treating apparatus(100). The applicator(150) includes an insulating unit(151) and an outer wall(155) for supporting the cavity(140) and preventing the leakage of the microwave.
