PURPOSE: A mapping method between an IPDR(IP Data Record) and a CDR(Calling Data Record) on a dynamic Internet protocol is provided to process billing by combining an MN(Mobile Node)'s IP information and time information in an IPDR created from a router, a call time in a CDR, and the time that a DHCP granted the IP to the MN. CONSTITUTION: If an MSC(Mobile service Switching Center) generates a CDR, a mediation part receives it and judges whether it is a data call(S10,S11). In case that it is a data call, the mediation part confirms the time used and the subscriber(S13,S14). Then the mediation part collects a DHCP log, executes filtering dependent on a CDR ID for a DHCP server log and filtering dependent on CDR time for the DHCP server log, and judges whether the collected log is the relevant subscriber's log(S15,S16). In case that the collected log is the relevant subscriber's log, the mediation part judges whether the time used is matched with the time collected(S17). If the time used is matched with the time collected, the mediation part records the used IP and the IP-used time in the CDR(S18,S19), stores the mapping CDR for billing(S20), and transmits it to the next system(S21).
