PURPOSE: Misoperation of a lubricant sensing device is prevented by applying a float switch in gear box, and a delay time by a timer maintains a fluent operation. CONSTITUTION: A spindle(200) in a gear box(100) is operated. A float switch(300) installed in upper part of the gear box(100) checks whether a lubricant overflows. If then, the spindle is stopped for a while. Then the float switch checks again whether the lubricant overflows. If not, the operation state of the spindle is maintained. If the lubricant overflows, the operation of the spindle is stopped.
