PURPOSE: An electrode structure of a field emission device is provided to minimize the thermal stress by making a curve on a pattern of a focusing electrode, forming plural bridges between focusing electrodes opposite to each other, and making the width of electrode area as a relatively thin width. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate electrodes(310) are formed on a substrate at predetermined intervals. A plurality of emitter units(300) are formed on the respective gate electrodes(310) at a predetermined intervals. A focusing electrode(320) is formed on the circumference separated from the emitter unit(300) and is connected to the opposite side through at least one bridge. The focusing electrode(320) focuses an electron emitted from the emitter unit(300).
