PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input device and a photo service system providing a new photograph service which retrieves and generates stored digital image data for a face photograph. SOLUTION: This image input device disposed in a prescribed place has a means developing a photograph photosensitive material, a means converting the developed image record information into digital image data via an image sensor, a means storing the digital image data in an image server connected via a network or a detachable external storage medium, and a means accepting an order by itself (in an unmanned state). The image input device characteristically has a means retrieving and generating the digital image data for the face photograph from the digital image data stored in the image server connected via the network or the detachable external storage medium, and a means storing the digital image data for the face photograph into the image server connected via the network or the detachable external storage medium. |
