PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative photosensitive thermosetting coloring resin composition which is excellent in storage stability, can be developed by weak alkalinity developer and generate an image with high resolution, and obtain a thin film pattern with high transparency and sufficient heat-resistance, solvent resistance and insulation after processing a heat curing. SOLUTION: The negative photosensitive thermosetting coloring resin composition contains an alkali-solubility resin which is 10-90 mass% of the total solid mass, a chemical compound which has at least, more than two ethyleny unsaturated combination of 5-50 mass% in the total solid and is possible to add polymerization, a photoinitiator of 0.1-50 mass% of the total solid mass, a cross linker (1) of 1-60 mass% of the total solid mass, (copolymer which has a polymeric monomer of 5-50 mol% shown by the general formula (I) (R1 shows a hydrogen atom, methyl group; X shows a halogen atom, hydroxy group, etc; A shows an organic residue with oxygen atoms over two in the end; n shows an integer over 2, respectively) and a monomer of 5-80 mol% including a carboxylic acid group as a monomer) and/or a cross linker agent (2) shown by the general formula (II) and colorant. |
