PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to conduct heat simply from a heat sink by using a circuit board, and make it possible to emphasize the entire flow of heat elimination from a converter. SOLUTION: This power converter includes a housing, a heat generating circuit in the housing and a thermally conductive metal sheath outside the housing. The housing has a form of stretched box type, and includes two small end surfaces, four large side surfaces, and the thermally conductive metal sheath outside the housing, which sheath covers almost the whole part of the four large side surfaces. |
