PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket which can be used in the environment of high temperature, heat shock, or the like, not causing the reduction of capacity or deterioration of performance of the lithium cell. SOLUTION: The figure (a) shows an example for comparison, where a positive electrode 54 is mounted to the negative electrode 53 through a gasket 24B to which, fluorine removing treatment is applied in advance, and end parts are not cut off. As the fluorine removing treatment is applied, the surface of the gasket 24B becomes carbon-rich, and there is slight danger of becoming conductive, therefore, as shown in the figure (b), end parts of a large diameter part 28 and a small diameter part 29 of the gasket 24B are cut of at cutting parts 57, 58. As shown in the figure (c), insulation surfaces 59, 60 are exposed at the cutting parts 57, 58. At the cut off part of the gasket 24C, due to the existence of insulation parts 59, 60, generation of currents 55, 56 are prevented, and the problem of unintended short-circuit is solved. |
