PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature fuse and a battery packed which have extremely little degradation in property or reliability even if being thinned or downsized. SOLUTION: The temperature fuse is equipped with a pair of terminal parts 4, 5, a fuse-element 16 joined between the pair of terminal parts 4, 5, and a cover film and a substrate provided to cover the fuse element, of which, at least either the substrate or the cover film is composed by thermoplastic resin with PEN(polyethylene naphthalate) as the main component. |
